Over 20 years of sun, wind, rain and wall repairs have rendered Homage to Seurat: La Grande Jatte in Harlem, the 1986 community mural by Eva Cockcroft, a ghost of its former self—the brilliant, high intensity greens, turquoise, reds, purples and yellows now dull, faded and abraded.
